Controller (1)
Controller will be primarily responsible for the accounting function.
• Must be fluent in Korean and English.
• Must have at least 10 years’ experience in public accounting and retail business.
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills and must be able to perform well in a team environment.
Executive Secretary (1)
Candidate must have abilities to prioritize and stay organized. Executive Secretary will provide and perform diversified administrative supports and secretarial duties.
• Must be fluent in Korean and English.
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
• No prior experience required.
• Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels in the organization and work well with others.
• Must be able to perform general office duties.
• Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Jr. Accountant (1)
Jr. Accountant will be responsible for providing general accounting support including the preparation of expense entries, maintenance of supporting schedules and documents and cash management activities.
• Must be fluent in Korean and English.
• Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills required.
• Two to four year degree in Accounting or equivalent business experiences required.
Human Resources Staff (2)
This position is responsible for all aspects of the Human Resources function including labor relations, staffing, training/development, policy management, legal compliance, compensation and benefits administration, and worker’s compensation claims management.
• Must be fluent in Korean and English.
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
• Working knowledge of human resources management systems.
• Knowledge of Fair Labor Standards Act, hourly and wage policies, issues and regulations.
